Mark Weitzman, Director of Government Affairs at the Simon Wiesenthal Center in New York City, will deliver the keynote address titled, Promises Broken, Promises Kept: The Legacy of the Holocaust in a 24/7 World. Governor Martin O’Malley and Baltimore City Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will offer remarks. The program will also feature music by the HaZamir Baltimore Choir and an inter-generational candle lighting honoring Holocaust victims.
